By accessing or using ClawNaut ("the Service"), operated by Klappp Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 13948038), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ClawNaut provides a managed hosting platform for OpenClaw AI agent nodes. Users can deploy, configure, monitor, and scale AI agents through our web dashboard and connected messaging channels.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems
  • Use AI agents for harassment, fraud, or deception
  • Exceed your plan's resource limits without upgrading

5. Billing & Payments

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; service continues until the end of the billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided by Klappp Ltd "as is" without warranties of any kind. Klappp Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard settings.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
